House of batten tree skirt

Hi I found this tree skirt in a storage auction trying to estimate a resale price. I find similar ones from 100-300 but I can’t find this exact one the holly Haus logo is on the box it looks like a logo from the store it was sold it has house of hatten on the inside tag

 

There are a couple sold examples on Worthpoint if you have an account to check the sold prices. Unfortunately they aren't very current.

Records that old are pretty much worthless. ($12.99 and $50.00). Your best bet is just to match it as closely as possible to something you see for sale now.

 

Do u think $100 is reasonable or am I reaching for the stars

 

Somewhere between $50-100 is what i'd try for, if its clean and undamaged. You'll probably have to wait nearer to Christmas to have any real interest in it though.

 

There are many current listings on eBay at that price point. If it were mine -- and it was clean and undamaged as above -- I'd list it closer to Christmas as a BIN at that price point with free shipping. That's just what I'd do. And, of course, using the correct manufacturer's name ("Hatten" not "Batten.") 1980s from the look of it.
