How do i post a photo?

All the photos I try to post are to large. How do I get it to size i can post here?

 

Are U a NEW MEMBER, just found this site,LOOK HERE 1st ....

 

Silly question, but i cant seem to be able to start a new thread, not even in the Intoductions section.
Come to think about it, i dont think I ever got an confirmation email when i created my account, nothing in spam either.
Hope a moderator can help.

Tried to create a new acc, but all i get is a sever malfunction error.

 

Maybe some help 4 other new members who have the same problem. Seems to be a problem with gmail accounts settings . Worked fine with an yahoo account.
