    Welcome to the forum, Wishlist.

They look like they could be Indian soapstone carvings. But there is shading in the folds, which you usually get with glazed ceramics.
Could you post a photo of the bottoms of the feet? And please click on 'full image' when you do?

The style is more Southeast Asian, including parts of China. But the material resembles Indian soapstone. If they are stone, that is.
Indians have been copying other styles, and Indian soapstone carvings are often sold in Chinese souvenir shops.
The feet look like they were made by someone who was not very familiar with elephants.

Shell cameos that look like any number of modern Italian ones, with ponytails & pert little noses, until you notice the eyes.

    Hi Everyone,
Thank you for welcoming me to your community. I have some additional info I researched today
Here is the link with jade collection , my elephant look very similar in shape but in color. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...assed-former-Tory-MP-set-sell-3-1million.html
They are very heavy deferentially soap stone or kind of marble.
I will attache image with the same kind of elephant I have candle holder, Chinese

Hi Silverthwait, may I ask you what do you mean with "keep them on your side of the country"
Do you think they have some value?
I was looking today online and found interesting article https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...assed-former-Tory-MP-set-sell-3-1million.html

Elephant look similar I think, just only made from Imperial bluish-grey jade. I was surprised to see this color of jade.

Komokwa didn't call you 'babe'. That is his signature 'line' under all the dashes.
