Thank you Joy , that means a lot to me .

Just to know that I have so many friends on this site that would never think of me as someone purposely trying to scare off new members with hurtful personal attacks leveled at them, fills me with a renewed vigor to be as helpful and civil to all the members here !!

To that end , I have changed my signature to something I hope no one in the future will misconstrue as rude , lewd , crude, or socially unacceptable.

Again, thank all of you who have shown me the error of my ways , shown me your kindness...& helped to put me back on the path to being the best member I can be in my efforts to help others in a productive tranquil fashion !!

May the Lord love & bless you all ...

    Komokwa

I guess so. It was Elton John who sang 'Solar Prestige a Gammon', and he knew his toupets.;) Before the hair implants, that is.

Is that one of those pieces of lyrics that sounds different that the written words? And everybody gets it wrong when at karaoke?

I can't make heads or tails of it, and I hope it doesn't sound offensive. komo selected Solar Prestige A Gammon so it wouldn't offend anyone.

The lyrics, the first line is for @Bronwen :playful::

    Oh ma cameo molesting
Kee pa a poorer for tea
    Solar prestige a gammon
    Lantern or turbert paw kwee

    Solar prestige a gammon

    @Bakersgma

You mean, like, "Rocketman, burning out into the perizone"?

We caught our friend singing, "Minnie Ripperton's boss" to Bob Marley's "Many Rivers to Cross"

at the time...elton & bernie were taking a lot of flack for lyrics in their songs that some folks questioned...and " offended others " !!
Elton asked Bernie to write a song , made up of random words , that would offend no one....no way...no how !!!
And he put it to beautiful music.....using his piano in just the way that does...

And still...they got comments demanding to know why ' five fish ' appear in the song !!

    With some folks....you just can't win !!!
