We packed an estate up of a woman who collected antique and vintage photos of brides. My favorites were this one and another one of a bride that went with a large lot at auction.
I bought her to add to my collection of antique and vintage photographs.

Everyone told me they thought she was ugly but I find her beautiful.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

Beautiful. Strong features, dark hair, graceful body lines.
    I love her, too.

Edit - To me, looks Greek, maybe Spanish or Italian... but of course, who knows?

I agree, a very attractive young lady.

She does, however, look as though the groom is the short, chubby son of the Earl chosen by her parents and not the handsome working man she loves.

Makanudo There is no such thing as simple.Simple is hard.

She is certainly not ugly, but she doesnt look happy either.

Of course, OG... and she will pine away in the remote estate on the moors... until the man she loves manages to get a job as groundskeeper, and he surprises her one moonlit night as she strolls in the orchard and then...

I feel like reading Lady Chatterly again...

She is quite beautiful, some just don't understand that 'beauty' differs from 'pretty'...

I tried hard to make out the object around her neck... just can't tell... pearls? Maybe with a pendant?
That gown is so silky and liquidy and drapey and slinky you can FEEL it!

I enjoy yalls back story on her, lol

I think her necklace is some sort of silver that has a charm hanging down from it.

Cheryl, as a guy I think there are many different forms of "attractive." Just a few -
Beautiful, as many movie stars. Engaging as really fun to be around. Seductive, sexy as all get out. Pleasing as in a great personality, and many others.

There is one lady I dated for over a year. Honestly, nothing nearly resembling my "preferences." But every time I walked into a room with her I got lots of comments from guys I knew. Mostly like - What the %^!@Q did you ever do to deserve a lady like that?

Probably pearls. The 'in' thing at the time.

Along with the demure, modest demeanor.

I find it to be a striking photograph as well.

She's very nice looking by today's standards. Kind of haunting. Also, she looks somewhat tall. Hope she had a great life.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

A very potentially pensive moment in time......maybe concerned about what the future will bring..........
