I have been working on a tray of jewelry today while watching college football, which has been sitting there waiting for me to finish it for months. I happened to turn these earrings over and was surprised to see they were marked sterling. However, I was even more surprised to see the 18K mark. I am being cautiously optimistic because I have no idea what the mark is above the 18K mark.

I believe the center stone is MOP or maybe a pearl that has been cut in half. They are cold to the touch either way. They are 7'8" across. I haven't tried cleaning them in any way yet, as I wasn't sure what I was dealing with & which part is actually sterling. ;) Thanks for any & all advice or comments!!:happy::kiss:
