Featured Id help needed makers mark, era and style gold broche

Could you plz help me wıth thıs 750 broche.
Its 750 marked wıth encirkeld T and H makers mark.
750 white gold needle has also makers mark but looks dıfferent. İ see a star and some letters looks T or h ??
Trombone clasp
Brooche decorated wıth pearls? , turquıose beads and lapis lazuli? .

Any help with the style, the maker and the era ıs much appreciayed. Thanks for looking,

can't see any bubbles. maybe a few inclusion. will check tomorrow in the daylight

Beautiful brooch! I am not good at marks and probably am wrong, but I think I see something like hammer and sickle in the five point star.

 

Pout betekent pruil. Ze pruilt omdat ze jouw broche niet krijgt.
