Hi - This is a chair I inherited. I am photographing it in a closet because it is heavy and I am not ready to move the things in the way. Sorry. I blotted out parts of the background.

Dimensions: 36” high floor to top
    Seat width 17 1/2”
    Seat depth 15”

Two of the far side legs separated from the seat base but I have them. There are no manufacturer’s marks on the underside of the seat.

I am ready to donate or throw out the chair but I wanted some more information before I did that because I see similar items posted on the internet for high prices (hundreds to a few thousand). Again, sorry for the photo.

    Thanks! D9D8C299-8919-4E6D-A490-F4F97DC37688.jpeg

Nice chair but I don't see big money here..... Particularly in this condition. Turn of the 20th century with wood stained to mimic mahogany.

Also looks like there's a split in the seat? If so, to my mind, that's a death knell for a wood chair. I love the knobbly bits!
