Can anyone help to identify this cut glass decanter from my father’s collection? Is it American Brillant or something else? Approximate date? Manufacturer and pattern? (I tried google lens but it gave only a general “vintage leaded crystal decanter” and compared it to Waterford “Shannon Jubilee,” which it is not.)

Measurements: 8 ¼ inches high with stopper, c. 7 ¼ inches high without stopper, 3 11/16 inches diameter at bottom. Stopper is 2 inches high, 1 1/8 inches in diameter. Band of six hobstars around top of cylinder and another around bottom of cylinder. Large star on bottom. Intricate vertical designs with concave ovals and notches.
