Hello, My mom has no idea where to go to find out any information or value of these pieces without spending a couple hundred dollars per hour to an antiquer. How would we go about finding out what this is and what it's worth please?

She bought these in Paris at an antique shop 47 years ago.

It is a bedside water set, Service De Nuit.
Can you get a clearer photo of the bottom?

Are there any marks on the bottom of the Glassware itself?
Others will be along who are more familiar with Glass.

The bottoms of stoppers were marked so the glass maker could put them in the right bottle. That number was probably on the bottom of the decanter.
Have you tried chataboutdg.com to identify you etch. You can enter some descriptive words + etch to look.

JerDogg. I don't have anything to say regarding the maker/age/etc of this set, but I just wanted to say that it's lovely!

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

that said...showing crisp shots of the bottoms of the items can be of help for those who know what to look for....that you and I would not notice !
The way the glass was made....can be as important as any marks !

    just sayin....;):):)
