    Hello Louri
    I’m from the Netherlands and in the painting that you are showing, I recognize the cityscape and the Delftsvaart (Delfts-Canal) in Rotterdam.
    The church on the right in the background is St. Laurens church.
    In view of the smallest details in the painting, we see a display from the late 18th begin 19th century.
    The manufacturer W ] B is not yet known to me.
    Anyway, you now have some information to start with.
