Identify these cups & saucers please

    Those painted numbers are from the decorator and had meaning only to the unidentified company he or she worked for. Probably European, but beyond that I have no idea how you would identify in more detail.

    The impressed 22 on the other is the shape number from the manufacturer of the "blank." It meant something only to the unidentified maker. Many companies made white blanks they then sold to decoration companies. Who made the blanks is irrelevant.
