Identifying Chandelier - help please

Hi everyone.
I'm new here, and asking for help to users.
Anyone can tell me anything about this chandelier? I don't have any idea about age/ and potential value, etc.
Maybe it's not antique.

Im guessing 1960s onyx and brass .

 

I'm thinking older.....30s maybe.

 

I am in the newer camp. No earlier than the 60s but maybe even a few decades later. Maybe Italian?

 

Also believe it to be, made circa 1960's era..... and I'd be very surprised if it was made of brass as mentioned above - likely a cast spelter that has been electroplated (some of the smaller pieces may be brass, collars, bushings, etc.)

 

Those fake drip candle settings were wildly popular from the fifties on. Italian would be my thought, given that onyx/alabaster. It's been rewired: is the OP in the UK? Can we see the inside of the bulb holders please?

I'd think 60s Italian, anyhow.
