It came from a small children's museum with an American Indian exhibit and was given to her when they were closing down. I saw on another site that Pendleton started using blends of fabrics instead of pure wool in 1972, so that's my start date. (This shawl's 82% wool, 18% cotton.) I don't have a specific end-date. I don't think it's from too much later, maybe the early 1980s at the latest? I'm not sure. This is based on some info I found about Pendleton clothes labels from the 70s and 80s, but I simply don't know if they updated their blanket labels at the same time.

Current dimensions are about 58 x 36 inches. I don't even know where to begin looking for the name of the design or anything like that... I've included some photos. I hope they help! Thanks for reading all this! My mom's been curious to know a little more about this blanket for a long time now, so I hope I can help her solve a bit of the mystery.
