If anyone could give me more information on this lovely Imari plate that I brought from auction, it would be much appreciated.
I would like to know how old it is and what it would potentially be worth, it does have a very small chip at the bottom of the plate

Our experts will want to see the reverse....for any marks....or even if there are none.
At the moment it's worth what u paid for it.....
for it to be worth more, you'll have to find a similar plate with a higher sale price, and we may be able to help with that.
Markets vary....so, where you are located may have a small market as opposed others.

How big is it? The large chargers seem to fetch more money. Btw there is a chip on the lower blue and gold segment which will affect its value.

Late 19th, early 20th. I own its twin, Ma bought it back in the fifties. I see these here for fifteen quid or so.

Actually, it's not. Those plate hangers soak off really well and do far less damage. Mid 1950s patent number.
