There is no mark other than what looks like a tiny embossed 6 (9?) in the centre and what looks to be a P along the edge. From my research it could be anything from Coalport, Worcester, Royal Crown or some other un-named factory and the date could span a number of years. There are numerous examples of this style of dish but I was unable to find a reference for the pattern itself which might have provided another clue.
