[QUOTE="B.Stirling, post: 10303644, member: 91596"]Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone might have some information for the markings on this tea set. [GALLERY=media, 12450]Tea Service2 by B.Stirling posted Mar 22, 2025 at 11:02 PM[/GALLERY][GALLERY=media, 12451]Tea Service1 by B.Stirling posted Mar 22, 2025 at 11:02 PM[/GALLERY][GALLERY=media, 12449]Tea Service3 by B.Stirling posted Mar 22, 2025 at 11:02 PM[/GALLERY][GALLERY=media, 12448]Tea Service4 by B.Stirling posted Mar 22, 2025 at 11:02 PM[/GALLERY]

These are from a larger set that I recently inherited. From what I have been able to deduce online it's likely early 1900s. Full set was the tea pot with lid, 11 cups and saucers, 11 cake plates, 2 desert plates, a sugar bowl and lid, cream jug and lid, and whey bowl. Digging around on these forums I've also learned this is aparently something that was pretty standard for the time, one user said "everyone's grandma had one"... and yes this was my step dad's grandmother's. Lol. What's making me crazy is I can't find the mark anywhere. I've looked at several sites that list markings of the era, but no luck. I can't even find it on the pinned threads here. Any ideas? I don't care about the value as this is a "keep it in the family piece" but he doesn't know a lot about them and I love learning about things.[/QUOTE]
