I've never had any Maling pottery before, and I think these are so pretty. In researching, I see the higher valued ones are sometimes called "tubelined" and I'm wondering if that refers to the raised veining on the leaves and flowers? Are the flowers peonies? The plate is 7 7/8" in diameter, and the sugar bowl, which has a pink sponged technique around the flowers, is 4 1/8" in diameter and 2 12" high.

    Any information would be appreciated.
