If you look up Japanese reverse glass or glass cabachon geisha pendant, you'll find similar ones. Here's a bracelet on Etsy. Post WWII jewelry. Pendants are usually in the $10 range.

Looks older than post WWII to me, though admittedly, I've not seen something comparable.

Wouldn't the black line highlights be taille d'epargne? That would have been more popular earlier in the 20th century.

I don't know much about dating locket hinges, but yours looks older (Just going off what I do know about brooch hinges).

It's hard to tell on my monitor but it almost looks gold filled - is it golder in color or more brassy?

I like it though - very sweet!

 

1960s, plus or minus a decade. I have the matching earrings.
