Im sorry I cant get the mark to appear right side up (tried rotating the image). The letter "C" is almost obliterated but you can see the rest of it starting with "..zec..." it is about 12" high.

How funny are you! Sniped, again. I love figures of people, any figures, any people.

So is the whole piece made of of metal? Painted brass? Or am I looking at resin?

Is it cold painted metal or cast resinous material?
I cannot tell from the bottom. How tall is it?

Perhaps they are discussing the weather. I don't think you have to assume two well-dressed men are Jewish.

Yes - you don't have to be anti-semitic to recognize it.

So, then has it been determined that this piece is ceramic? I still do not know.
I found my "NON" similar piece and it is paper mache, I believe, on a wood base. No signatures or marks. It is 16" at the tallest hat. guys.jpg

yes. ceramic. actually siderolith or ironstone. very hard, rather speedily heated up and without natural gloss, so needs painting.
