Interesting vintage oilstone grinder

Another item from same estate as my recent post. This is an 8” Mummert-Dixon oilstone grinder for sharpening wood chisels, plane blades, etc. It is about 4’ tall and weighs over 200 lbs. It seems to be “Plurality Sub-Jr. 425” model. It runs quietly and smoothly. The 8” stones only revolve at 300 rpm (very slow for any grinder) and a small tank of kerosene On top behind the two T-screws provides the required oil drip. Mine is missing a conical grindstone, 2” x 4”, but I think I can buy a replacement. The cone spins at full motor rpm, I think 1750 or so.
