Introduction

@Wanttoknow - A "poll" means a survey or vote on a question. When setting up a thread like this, the creator decides what possible answers are acceptable - those are the possible responses.

But there aren't many of these "poll threads" here, because our members most often 1) want information about objects or subjects - they have no idea what the possible answers are, or 2) want to show off a "find" or share information they think might interest other members, or 3) want to create a free-for-all thread on a topic (ex. Funnies, Music Faves, Rant and Raves.)

 

@Bakersgma Oh! Thank you so much! 1st of all I am not a "professional" with forums and 2nd English is my second language and even after 20 years I am still not good with it.

Welcome Jillian. If you are wanting to post a thread or question and not a poll.....click on Forums up top and choose your category (pottery and glass, art etc....and at the top you will see a 'create a thread " button. That's where you start.
