It is estimated in the next hour or so the heat index will reach 113. This is late July and August temps - the dog days of summer. I&#039;m surprised the humidity is only 46! It is not unusual for it to be in the 70s in the summer. Certainly can&#039;t do anything outdoors. These temps have been hounding us for the pass week or so. We have been wishing for rain/storms to break these temps, then look around to all the tornado stuff and such in WV, PA, &amp; VA.
