IS 1969 SALVADOR DALI PRINT MORE VALUABLE THAN NEWER ONE?

I found this at a local thrift store and bought it when I peeked behind frame & saw it was a 1969 Dali print by Penn Prints. It wasn't expensive; maybe because it has foxing around margins.
It was in a older frame with thin heavy glass that felt very fragile - as well as showed the foxing; so I changed it into a newer frame that covers the old margins perfectly!
My question - is a 1969 Penn Prints print by Dali worth any more or less than a newer print that wouldn't have any foxing & is probably brighter & more colorful?
PS - the new frame is solid black; the lighting on it is from sun coming in window.

it looks nice but not worth anything more than a decorative wall hanger.......if that.

When you see something in such terrible condition you should decide whether you want to risk bringing the foxing fungus into your home which could spread to other objects. Also some knowledge about the difference between reproductions and original graphics would come in handy.

Said it before, say it again... As a rule, it's best to avoid Picasso, Dalí and Miró reproductions. There are thousands out there and they're valueless.
