Is my china eagle German?

    OK, porcelain eagle figurine with an unreadable mark. Something in my head thinks it's German. Anyone recognise it? And yes, the mark really is that blurred, it's not the camera focus!

    It's Romanian. Upside down, it says IRIS on top and CLUJ on bottom.

    AHA! Thank you. I could not for the life of me decipher it. Given Himself has been there, he ought to be ashamed he couldn't either. ;)
