Is this African and old? Recognize the area it is from? Wood Mask

    i am thinking the nails look old but the mask does not look as old as the nails Do you recognize where this might be from?     All I can say, is it's not a mask (no eye holes), and not from any culture I'm familiar with. Not African, not Polynesian, but it might be someone's fantasy item, made for sale as a decorative item or tourist piece.
