Is this Carnival Glass? Who and When?

    Hi all,
    I picked this green bowl up at a yard sale this morning.
    Green with amber? highlights Measures 9 1/2" across.
    Hoping someone might know who made this.

    I think this in carnival but I'm having trouble pinning down the pattern(s). I think you have an example with an interior pattern and a different external pattern. Your interior panel looks like a version of Stippled Rays. Stippled Rays was made by several manufacturers and I'm not sure whose version you have. I haven't figured out the external pattern.

    looks like Millersburg 'Rays & Ribbons/Cactus" c1910
