Is This Cloisonné or a dupe ?

    Simply Chinese will do.
    The Chinese have been making cloisonné enamel since ca the 14th century, and are pretty good at it. They don't need to import any, nor do they want to.

    India is more specialised in champlevé enamel and meenakari. Enameling techniques were introduced to India in 15th-16th century by the Mughals. Before that they imported enamels from China and Persia.
