Is this Fenton opalescent glass?

Evening all

Is this Fenton opalescent blue glass there are no markings on it at all it changes colour when held to light hard to capture on phone camera but it shows a rainbow of colours against light. It is 14cm by 6cm I also dunt know what it is, is it a vase with handles maybe, I plan to sell it in my Facebook Mudlark group but dunt know how to describe it any help very much appreciated - Nicci

 

I doubt this to be of high enough quality to be Fenton glass.

How's this? Quality doesn't enter into it, there's more work involved in this piece than Fenton would have put in a similar piece. This is blown with attached handles, Fenton's would have been pressed, then tooled the neck down to size.
