Is this large pedestal bowl from Ireland?

    Hi everyone. Long time since I've been here. A friend sent me this photograph so it's the only one I have. The only pieces that have rolled edges that I'm familiar with are from Ireland. Hoping someone might recognize this. I'm going thrifting tomorrow (Hopefully) and she thought I might like this. Thank you. post size.jpg
