Is this mug delft and what does the PB stand for? thanks.

    It's faience from Breton in France. Not Delft.

    The fact that it says Bretagne instead of Holland is a bit of a giveaway.;)
    Bretagne (Brittany) is in western France, Holland is in western Netherlands.

    Perhaps @sunday silence was considering it was an armorial, so not necessarily produced in the region, just depicting the Bretagne crest. Malicorne is central France, so it was produced a little bit of a distance away.
