IS this old and any idea on origin? Enamelware

    6 3/8" tall but I am having trouble finding anything like it Not a lot of patina so I don't think it is terribly old but can you tell me anything about it?

    Is it too small to be a spittoon? Try looking for granite ware.

    I kept thinking it looked like a spitoon but i think it is small The top is only 3 1/2" wide I was searching enamelware I'll try graniteware now Thank you
