IS THIS PAINTING SIGNED ENNIO FINCI OR IS IT SOMEONE ELSE?

A type of artificial resin, I think. Glue can be epoxy based.

 

I think what I read about him said epoxy paint. Some mixture or method he uses? [Edit: it says epoxy resin, as AJ mentioned.]

 

I think that could be the same artist, the grapes being a much earlier work.
I looked at the paintings done beneath the video.
Epoxy painting is so very different than ordinary acrylics or oils done with a brush, that it cannot easily be compared, so I skipped through the video, didn't watch it.
