Is this woodcut signed with Inuit syllabics?

I purchased this woodcut at a thrift store today. I almost didn't buy it because I couldn't make out the 2nd part of the name. It eventually occurred to me that it looked like Inuit syllabics and I liked the bunnies. From the writing on the framers label it looks like it might have been framed in March of 1970, the label certainly looks of that vintage. I was hoping someone could take a look and see if they could figure out what it says. I have had kind of mixed luck trying to translate the writing on soapstone carvings. It is Joe Talirunili but doesn’t seem to be signed and numbered.

Unfortunately it is on top of the backing, so it may have been trimmed.
