Framers are still in business.</p><p>I can find out quite a bit about the artist, born 1875 so he probably didn’t do this as the date states in 1885 (when he was 10 years old) Lots of his work in illustrated books about London boroughs in 1920s-30s and in the Naval Museum but I’ve not been able to find any online records of any Art sales. I know there are others here who have much better info finding skills than me, hoping someone can help. </p><p>Wondering if I should contact the framers?
