Bengel is the name that I am seeing associated with this type of necklace but nothing seems to be signed.
I don’t want to be led along the internet garden path of believing everything I read! Thanks for looking :)

Thankyou. It’s just my sort of thing, I really like jewellery with Deco influences. I was saying to my other half yesterday that if I had a big house with lots of space I’d have a collection of deco teapots! He breathed a sign of relief, I don’t think we will be moving anytime soon :hilarious:

Agree. Great looking piece. If not Jacob Bengel, definitely of the era with similar influence. Love it.

Could the green beads be glass? Bengel usually and typically made his jewelry with galalith and yours look like glass/stone because of the shine
Nice looking necklace in any case!

Very stylish necklace, KSW, I would wear it with pleasure. No matter who created it. For me it does not matter although I know that for selling it matters.

I only sell things I don’t like! The problem is that I only buy things that I do like……I may need a bigger house.
This one’s not for selling :)

They are definitely glass :) The square ones give a very strong uranium glow, the round not so much.

I sometimes buy things I m not in love with but still like, just because I know they are worth more, and could sell well. I buy what I absolutely love with the profits (and I keep way to much and sell oh so little) :hilarious:

Here is a site where you can compare your necklace to Bengel's. They have a huge collection and when I spot something that might be Bengel I scroll these pages to compare.
My feeling says that yours is not Bengel, because of the glass and some construction it has, but it pays to still scroll these pages:

There is a maker or 2 you collect. Thought this was one of them. Who am I thinking of?

Perhaps Max Neiger? I don't collect, but had 2 pieces I researched about and happened to learn about him:)
I collect Meyle and Mayer, perhaps you thought of them?

It’s certainly Czech and between the wars, so the date would work. I’d have grabbed that.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    Beautiful necklace, whoever made it!
