Featured Japan Seto celadon? Crazy fan bud vase.

    Crazy fan lady buys crazy little fan vase.
    Am I right in thinking this is a Japanese Seto celadon bud vase with Seto blue and white? (Seiji-yu and sometsuke?)
    Seller said Chinese snuff bottle.:D
    And any ideas on the age, please?

    Height: 8.8 cm / 3.46"
    Some flaws in the glaze, and grit from the kiln stuck in two spots around the footrim. No marks.
