Japanese / Chinese Hallmark?

    I'm clueless as to what this even says, but purchased it. Any ideas what it means?

    Hi Joey!

    Japanese, marked as .950 silver (which is the modern standard in Japan) and "sterling" for the US market. The characters are probably the maker's name.

    Ebay sold listings showed a sugar bowl with the same mark. Nice

    Here's what the set looks like, all with same markings. Got 4 salt and pepper shakers also, but looks like they been shot out of a cannon.
