Japanese Cup and Saucer ID Help

    Hoping someone can ID this mark and possibly age of this small porcelain cup and saucer.

    I can't work out the mark as it's very rushed, there are strokes missing in the characters. It looks like post war Kutani when the quality had regained a little so late 1950's or 60's period.
