Japanese Lady

    Please help if you can. I was given a Japanese Lady figure with some markings on the bottom of her but i have no idea what they say. Can anyone tell me what they mean please? Thank y 20190108_152837.jpg ou!

    My guess would be before WWII, but having not found that specific mark and not knowing the meaning of the character inside the wreath, I am unable to say more. Perhaps @Mat (one of our members with more experience with Japanese markings) can help.

    Can’t help with the marks, but maybe call her “ seated Geisha with fan”, for search terms.
