Japanese metalware-translation ?

Can someone help translate the characters on this Japanese box ?
This is a set of Japanese metal tea saucers/coasters (chataku)- believe they're copper, but they could be plated cast iron (heavy).
The box is 5 1/4" square, the chataku are 4 1/4" across.Logo on reverse is a simple 'A.H.' in a diamond.

I had tried that one as well, using a flipped version of your full image of the box, and it gave the translation:
National color after the feudal era
Hori Island

As I assumed this was incorrect, I didn't add that translation in my first reply

When I read your additional post, I tried it again with the new oic, and got the same translation as Debora.
But now I tried it again, and google gave me:
Electric vaporization after trial

Followed again by Hori Island

And AI says:
