Japanese Silk Painting ID Help

Since @@Jivvy apparently is on a roll on the last painting ID I thought I would throw this one out for some help and see who is bilingual. I picked this up a few months ago at a flea market. It appears to be Asian silk art? Looks to be well done and has some age with it and doesn’t seem to be a reproduction. Measures 12”x10. Sorry for the quality of the photos....I was having problems downsizing the size. I can throw up a few more pics if needed.

 

Yes, it is a Chinese painting on silk. Not Japanese.
Maybe @lpan9 or @JayBee can help with the translation.

 

Thanks for your help. Hopefully they will chime in on some thoughts. The work looks like it has some age to it. I also think the matting around the piece was added at some point. However, I may be dead wrong on both counts.
