    had a wonderful booty sale today

    sorry pics are so bad , will get some better shots tomoz

    bought this for £10 today , jefferson 1743 - 1826 coin swagger stick

    the weight to the top is unbelievable

    got a hellva lot of presence

    I don't think so though buddy, feels weighted though

    I'll get some sexy pictures of it tomorrow, think it's one of the best things I've ever bought

    Nice! That's not an American official coin. 1826 was the year he died, so maybe some sort of commemorative.

    I was thinking it might be a walking stick......as Gents were known to carry them , because they doubled as weapons......and yours would crack a skull !!!

    Yes maybe,it’s seems longer than than the average swagger stick. So maybe a shorter walking stick.. Is it mahogany?

    What does the tip look like? (Just for interest sake)! Also in the last photo (on the copper bit)just below the coin. Is that a date? It looks like xx (something) 85?
