    I'm many thousand dollars shy of owning it-just used as a teaser & response.In a paralell universe it's right here on my My Gustav Eiffel desk.

    Industrial Design re the evolution of the Typewriter's pretty amazing.Even some of the 40's & 50's models are pretty expensive-some of the smaller,colorful compact travel models are pretty spendy.
    Occasionally I just google 'Most Expensive' or 'Most Collectible',etc,and then enter 'Typewriter','Auto Headlight','Hubcap'. I find it fun & a good way to train your eye & brain while running thru the Thrift after the doors bang open.
