Knife etched "Made For J.D. Plunk By R.V, Boker"Is This The Famous Knife Maker

    I got this knife out of a storage.Measure 10"x1.2",etched what appears to be,"Made for JD Plunk by RV Boker.The back has 1974.I'm not sure if this is the date the gift was given or made before 1974.Any idea.
