Large 17” figure.. France, Italy? Help appreciated

    I purchased this Large figure.. it weighs 4.5 pounds and is 17” tall, google image brought me to Heubach German Aristacrat, but measurements don’t match so thinking that is a reproduction, or this was a blank mold? Appreciate any help
