    funny how the photo's make it look like a resin mold that someone threw across the room , landing on a tile floor ......

    is there a pic of the base..?

    Huh. Everything's worth something...to the right person.
    Have you attempted to clean a small spot...on the bottom, for example? If it will yield to a bit of elbow grease an' suds, go for it...I doubt you're gonna take any value off with the soil. Good luck!
