Large brass colored rooster 70cm 11kg’s

Saw this large rooster and from a distance I thought it was a ceramic because it was coloured. It wasn’t until I was standing above it I realized that it was brass. I’ve never seen one so large and coloured standing 70cm high and weighing just over 11kg’s. I know it NOT everyone’s cup of tea but for the price I thought it was quite impressive. Going by the detail put into it I would definitely say it has a bit of age.

    Agree, the lotus flower design on the base looks very Indian.

    No there is nothing underneath. The base is hollow but very solid.
