Large Pottery Vase

I really can’t tell what is it. Garden decor, studio / student piece, recent, old ....?
Any thoughts?

About 19” tall, 10” across the top.

 

Big enough to be garden decor but doesn't look like it has been used that way & not sure it would stand up to weather. The sort of thing that sits on the floor with pampas grass in it.

The potties should be able to read the signs for how made & whether commercial or artisan.

 

Kard, are there actual letters here on the bottom, or is it just my eyes?

 

I will double check but I don’t think they are letters. The bottom is a bit messy from previously applied silicone.
I can’t figure the finish, is it fired glaze or not. All I can see is that there are 3 coats - white, blue and pink.
