Most dates published online are not correct. The LCHPRUSPO crown mark (like the one shown) was not used before 1953 or so. Most published Lefton China info was published before the author had accurate or correct references. I think LD (a Lefton author) was the one that started the 1949 nonsense... She did not care for it much when I told her she was wrong either... Much close to correct dating info in KBs Lefton books[/QUOTE]
